About RME Properties Inc
We, Rick and Maureen Egermier, are the husband and wife team that founded RME Properties Inc. We have owned and ran our construction company since 1994. Our business began by running a single residential framing crew which grew to multiple crews within a couple of years. As the housing market continued to boom in the late 1990’s we took advantage of our network of subcontractors, flair for design, and started general contracting high end middle class homes.
Just like everywhere else in the United States, the Omaha, Nebraska market also crashed in 2007. We were fortunate to be able to continue to do what we knew and loved but switched from the custom home building to remodeling and restoration.
We have been blessed to be able to provide a great life for our five children but always feel we need to be a continued example of learning and growth to them. So at the end of 2012 we decided to complement our construction and knack for design by becoming more involved on the real estate side of the housing market. We now consider ourselves REAL ESTATE INVESTORs that acquire properties to restore, as well as, providing others with an opportunity to work together on their own project, or explore other investment opportunities to grow their financial future.
